April 15, 2008 question

Ah, tax day again. But the big news is the report that the DASH diet actually does help prevent heart attacks and strokes, a Duke University study shows. And the diet was designed by the U.S. government. And the diet is available completely free at the National Institute of Health Web site. AND the study was paid for by a grant from the National Institute of Health. Okay, credibility be darned. The diet probably helps quite a bit, which could come in handy if you're behind on your taxes . . . or if you're that person's accountant. Here's the question:

What does the dietary acronym DASH stand for?
